With the advent of summer, we are opening our spectacular balcony to the starry summer sights and renewing our menu with fresh seasonal produce – combined in winning combinations by our Master Chef Michalis Nourloglou.

With the catchphrase “Pizza Time”, Bistro Vienna opens its doors for a delicious June. Using fine flour from Italy, the freshest produce and top-quality cured meats and seafood from Greece, our chefs make the most original, tasty and satisfying pizzas in Athens.

The list is mouth-wateringly delicious: mozarella, prosciutto, metsovone, Napolitan salami, ham, ricotta and fresh tomatoes, chili, cheddar and nachos, seafood and fresh basil. The pizzas prepared by our chefs are made with traditional Italian dough but with influences and notes from other cuisines as well, including Mexican and Greek, in order to please even the most discriminating pizza-lover’s tastes.

The days are growing longer, and the temperature is gradually rising, preparing us for the joys of summer and its favorite beverage: beer. Cool and refreshing with little alcohol, and with a variety of aromas, flavors and colors depending on whether you choose dark, red or blonde – beer is the perfect choice to accompany any of our dishes, noon or night.
FOR EVERY TASTY DISH – A BEER TO GO WITH IT
Inspired by the “weight”, the “intensity” and the “piquancy” of various beers, we created a menu of accompanying dishes which, together with their companion beers, complete the experience of tasting pleasure. For example, you can enjoy salmon with a beer glaze and renowned Portobello mushrooms seasoned with chorizo – together with a blond Belgian Ale. Lamb Noisette sautéed in a breaded malt batter containing chocolate and coffee goes perfectly with a Stout or Porter with a creamy head, heavy or light according to your preference. Pork loin with barley malt extract and thick macaroni pasta pairs nicely with a red Ale, while Lager is the perfect complement to octopus or squid with fava-bean puree. For dessert, try a brownie with Madagascar vanilla ice-cream with beer….naturally.
